This dataset represents the location and description of oil and gas wells within the State of Arkansas that have been mapped. Unmapped Wells are not represented in this dataset and are available in the original database with Section Township Range information. This dataset was processed from an Access database downloaded from https://aogc.state.ar.us/WellData/Files/AOGC.zip.  For additional information regarding field values please refer to the metadata.

ACCURACIES VARY ON METHOD OF COLLECTION. All information contained within this file was extracted from the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commissions online database .
