Address Points, Road Centerlines, & Zip+4 Updates

The Arkansas GIS Office is pleased to announce that we have updated the SITUS Address Point File (APF) on the Arkansas Spatial Data Infrastructure (ASDI) for Cleveland, Cleburne, Garland, Pulaski & Van Buren Counties.

Additionally, we’ve updated the Arkansas Centerline File (ACF) for Garland & Cleveland Counties.

The APF data can be accessed via download at https://gis.arkansas.gov/product/situs-address-points/ or via feature or map services at https://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/FEATURESERVICES/Location/FeatureServer/ and the ACF data can be accessed at http://gis.arkansas.gov/product/arkansas-centerline-file/ or via feature or map services at http://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/FEATURESERVICES/Transportation/FeatureServer

Also, the USPS ZIP+4 data has been updated to the most recent USPS release, and can be downloaded at https://gis.arkansas.gov/product/zip-plus-4/ or through feature/map services using the same url as the address point url.

Lastly, as all of these layers are currently indexed in our Statewide Address Locator we have updated that as well. The Address Locator is accessible for download and use locally in ESRI software at https://gis.arkansas.gov/product/arkansas-statewide-geocoder/ or can be accessed via web interface or programmatically at https://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Locator/ASDI_Composite_Locator/GeocodeServer
