• June 4, 2010- Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors Board of Directors “Surveyors rely on the parcel data in the assessor’s office and the highly accurate digital aerial photography. Other digital mapping and overlaid data layers make it possible for us to do our work with the power provided by geographic information systems (GIS), This allows us to provide a better service to our clients while eliminating the additional costs that were incurred by the inefficiencies of a paper based system.”
• June 28, 2010 –  County Assessors Association Endorsement “The County Assessors believe it in the best interest of our prime beneficiary, public education to fund this program to allow all Counties to develop the very best and most equitable assessments based on quality data.”
• August 10th – Association of Arkansas Counties “… our Board of Directors voted unanimously to support the plan being advanced by the Arkansas Geographic Information Office.  It is our hope that the Governor and the legislature will give this plan consideration during the upcoming legislative session.“
• September 3, 2010 – Arkansas Forestry Association ” Current, high resolution photos also assist us in times of emergency, such as wildfires and assisting first responders in search and rescue missions. Road Centerline Files are also very important in providing directions when wildfires strike, and parcel data is invaluable in identifying adjoining landowners.”
