Data Description
This geoprocessing tool provides the ability to Geocode Addresses in Arkansas using ArcGIS Desktop or the REST URL Endpoint.
This is a composite locator, meaning that it looks for the address in this order: 1) 911 Address Point; 2) Arkansas Centerline File, and; 3) USPS Zip+4 Points, Centroid to Muni Boundaries, Centroid to Zip Code Polygons derived from ZIP+4 geoprocessing to identify minimum bounded areas.
