The Arkansas GIS Office is pleased to announce that updates to the geocoding and address locator service located at https://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Locator/ASDI_Composite_Locator/GeocodeServer were completed Friday evening.

These updates were originally scheduled for completion on December 1, 2025, per our November 12th announcement. However, we were only able to complete all necessary work until recently.

We recommend that all users review any applications or workflows that rely on this locator service to ensure continued functionality.

To support users who may require additional time to transition, a temporary version of the previous locator service has been made available at:

https://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Locator/ASDI_Composite_Locator_deprecate_01APRIL26/GeocodeServer

This temporary service will remain available until April 1, 2026, at which time it will be discontinued.
