The Arkansas GIS Office has published an update to SITUS Address Points for 18 Counties in Arkansas, and Road Centerlines for 38 Counties in Arkansas .  The Counties this update pertains to are as follows:

Address Points: Benton, Calhoun, Dallas, Independence, Lawrence, Lee, Logan, Madison, Monroe, Newton, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, St. Francis, Union, Van Buren, Washington, & White

Road Centerlines: Ashley, Baxter, Benton, Boone, Calhoun, Carroll, Chicot, Clark, Cleveland, Columbia, Craighead, Dallas, Garland, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Lee, Lincoln, Logan, Lonoke, Madison, Marion, Miller, Mississippi, Monroe, Newton, Ouachita, Poinsett, Prairie, Pulaski,  Randolph, Saline, Sharp, St. Francis, Union, Van Buren, Washington, & White.
