Arkansas Oil and Gas Wells

The Arkansas GIS Office is pleased to announce an Arkansas Oil and Gas Wells data update. This dataset represents the location and description of oil and gas wells within the State of Arkansas that have been mapped. Unmapped Wells are not defined in this dataset and are available in the original database with Section Township Range information. This dataset was processed from an Access database downloaded from https://aogc.state.ar.us/WellData/Files/AOGC.zip.  For additional information regarding field values please refer to the metadata.

ACCURACIES VARY ON THE METHOD OF COLLECTION. All information contained within this file was extracted from the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission online database.
