Arkansas Road Centerline File (ACF) and Address Point File have been updated. ACF updates include: Arkansas, Clark, Hot Spring, Howard, Montgomery, Pike, Pope, and Washington counties.  Washington county has been updated and Izard county has been add to the address point file
