Owner Arkansas Surveying & Consulting Scott is the owner of Arkansas Surveying and Consulting which has a client base across Arkansas. He began working in the surveying profession in 1980 and has continuously remained in the profession since then. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1983 through 1995, and is a life member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Chapter 9098, and the U.S. Army Special Forces Association Chapter 49. Scott’s leadership has provided him the opportunity to serve on the Saline County Planning Commission and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. Scott is currently serving as the District 3 Director of the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors. Scott is a licensed Professional Surveyor in Arkansas and holds numerous certifications in the surveying field. He is experienced in all facets of professional surveying and mapping.
