It consists of a subset of the streams from the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) High Resolution (1:124,000) Flowline. <\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>Category 4b is described as follows: <\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 8 0;\"><SPAN>Category 4. Water quality standards are not attained for one or more designated uses but the development of a TMDL is not required because:<\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>Category 4b. Other pollution control requirements are expected to result in the attainment of the water quality standard<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
