STAT = Land Owned by Arkansas State Parks (Devil's Den State Park)
FS coded land is land acquired by the Forest Service from private landowners. PD coded land is land that has never left federal ownership; also PD land is land which was obtained by the government in exchange for other PD land or from timber on such land. (So, in general PD land has never been patented to a private person. It has always been government land since the Louisiana purchase; except as noted above.)
PVT coded land is land that is and remains under private ownership.
