Summary 

The purpose of the Mile Marker points is to be able to locate a point on the State Highway System at each mile interval.

Description 

The State Highway LRS system consists of the Interstate, U.S. and State Highways of Arkansas. Each point represents a Mile Marker reading on stated routes..

Credits 

In all cases, a credit line stating "Base Map Provided by Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department, In Cooperation With The U.S. Department of Transportation"

Use limitations 

Individuals or companies may reproduce any maps prepared by the Planning and Research Division (if available to the public) for their own use and can utilize the maps as a base map for other purposes.
