  • Act 150 0f 1993 – The beginning of GIS coordination law in Arkansas. This created the State Mapping and Land Records Modernization Advisory Board. The law required the Board to deliver a report to the Governor no later than September 30, 1994 and then be dissolved 90 days after submitting the report.
